3 Ways To Grow A Business
- 1. Acquisition – This means increasing numbers, the number of customers or clients you have.
- 2. Ascension – Increasing the average sale.
- 3. Monetization – Increasing how much they buy, how often they buy.
The problem is we tend to get caught up in the 1st step, it’s the hardest to get (acquiring new customers) and we tend to focus little or not at all on the other two options.
